Independent Representatives (IR) are other business people authorized to offer access to reports to their local market through the licensing we own. We are seeking these relationships because we cannot efficiently locate our target market in other cities.

Our ideal partner is an entrepreneur or real estate broker with a management function looking for another stream of income. No business, license or secured location is required to solicit and subscribe end-users.

Independent Representatives market in their own natural geographic range to employers and/or to their existing clients owning investment real estate or for whom the IR manages. HMS Credit Services assists by sharing its own experience in reaching its market, providing searchable web landing pages and other media to drive traffic to the IR in his or her range. HMS Credit Services also assists the IR by providing industry updates to keep its IR's aware of industry developments important to their effort and to their customers who buy reports.

HMS Credit Services splits the gross profit with the IR as follows. The retail price is reduced by the cost of the report. The balance is divided between the two parties. We forward 10% of the Gross Profit to you monthly. All end-users are required to pay as reports are purchased through one of the payment systems on our site. Fees in your market may vary from other markets. We will consult with you to determine the optimal fee for reports.

All end-users must subscribe to our web-based database with complete detail. With some exception, all end-user business locations are "credentionalized" by you or an inspection service for verification. You have the ability to see your customer's activity from our web site. All end-users are permanently subscribed for regulatory purposes. We are able to turn access off and on. End-users are audited. End-users failing audits are subject to immediate termination. It is in the best interest of the IR to subscribe only end-users who have been thoroughly examined. HMS Credit Services will conduct the subscription and verification process on behalf of the Independent Representative.

You may obtain reports for your own permissible purpose as an end-user. You must comply in all the same ways as the end-users you are soliciting and assure compliance with the FCRA. You must have obtained a signature from the applicant authorizing the acquisition of the report no different that any end-user. You will be audited and must produce applications with signatures. To receive reports for your own in-house business use, a public venue and a secure location where reports are received are required, and, if not you, a designated recipient/operator to request and retrieve reports must be identified in the subscription. Location must be inspected or certified through our process. Individuals/principals must be identified.
