- Educational Feature. Independent Representative and its Customers/Clients will remain in compliance with FCRA and FHA because HMSCredit provides continuing education through it's web-based conduit.
Website Features
- HMS Credit Services will provide each Independent Representative with a direct link to the HMS site to monitor their end-users. Anticipated fees can be managed. As an end-user you have:
- a) Access to industry data,
- b) Updates and reminders of compliance issues/requirements,
- c) bility to grow your own business.
How it works
- Independent Representative disseminates information to their sphere of influence, guides customer prospects to the site and through the subscription process, and monitors customer activity providing assistance in a good customer service like manor. All contracts and other required documents are managed by HMSCredit Services customer service subject to site approval, and verification of business status, payment of membership fees.
- Independent Representative pays to HMS Credit one time Business System buy-in fee.
- Independent Representative establishes with HMSCredit a retail sales price for your market.
- Independent Representative offers members reports per the business plan authorized in the original application. Business plans are flexible and we expect you to use the system for the growth and development of your organization as long as your system does not violate our contract, the FCRA or the requirements of the repositories.
- Provides to HMSCredit evidence that HMSCredit has been added to your professional Liability Insurance (E&O) as additional insured.
- Independent Representative assures compliance by:
- a) Maintaining a true business format where the public and inquiring agencies including HMS Credit can verify legitimate operations.
- b) Maintain contact with subscribing member who seek reports and assist End-Users with compliance with the FCRA and repositories.
- c) Maintain a bonified tax ID number and continue to operate business at an approved site if operating as an end-user.
- d) Remain in compliance with the high standards of our industry.
- Independent Representatives as end-users are subject to subject to the same requirements and conditions as any end-user.
How you get paid
- Independent Representative receives 10% of the gross profit from each report sold to your subscribing End User within 20 days of the end of each month for the preceding month.
- Independent Representative receives 20% of each renewal fee for each "End User" that re-subscribes using the Independent Representative account as a reference.
