Michael Fleckenstein spent 20 years in the real estate management and marketing field.
He specializes in residential portfolio investments, receivership and off-campus student housing markets. After earning a MA from Western Michigan University, Michael taught at the university level, worked as an environmental consultant and began investing in real estate. He is primarily involved in corporate management, business development and real estate marketing.

Emily Santoni earned a BA in Interpersonal Communication with a career focus in Advertising and Promotion from Bowling Green State University. She brings a wide range of skills and experience to HMS including sales, graphic design, property management and marketing. She operates member subscription services and markets the division.
