Michael Fleckenstein spent 20 years in the real estate management and marketing field.
He specializes in residential portfolio investments, properties associated primarily
with the college student market, and foreclosures. After graduating from WMU with a MA, Michael taught at the university level, worked as an environmental consultant and began investing in real estate. Michael is the President and CEO and primarily involved in corporate management, business development and real estate marketing.

Emily Santoni is an alumna of Bowling Green State University in Bowling Green, OH.
She received her degree in Interpersonal Communication with a career focus in
advertising and promotion. She brings a vast range of skills and experience to HMS
which includes sales, graphic design, property management and marketing.
Emily is the Division Manager of HMS Credit and is primarily involved in member
subscription and services and marketing of the division.
