Michael Fleckenstein spent 20 years in the real estate management and marketing field. He specializes in residential portfolio investments, receivership and off-campus student housing markets. After earning a MA from Western Michigan University, Michael taught at the university level, worked as an environmental consultant and began investing in real estate. He is primarily involved in corporate management, business development and real estate marketing.

Joanna is the FCRA/Red Flags Rule certified Credentials and Compliance Manager for HMS Credit Services. She also manages web-based marketing and user activation for HMS. Joanna brings a wide range of skills and experience to her position including social media marketing, event planning, and web design. Hailing from the University of Georgia, Joanna graduated summa cum laude with a BBA in Business Management.
